Project Goals
As part of our larger mission to make middle scale housing more affordable and more easily implemented, we have created regional and climate sensitive catalogs of housing typologies.
Our work in Texas requires us to work with an extremely hot/dry climate, a local vernacular consisting of wide and low buildings, and unique sprinkler/stair code restrictions.
