Our work in Elkhart is in collaboration with Neighborhood Evolution, the City of Elkhart’s Redevelopment Commission, and the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce. Our current projects include the Woodland Crossing redevelopment and the East Benham Neighborhood feasibility study.
Woodland Crossing
The Woodland Crossing redevelopment is an ambitious mixed-use revitalization effort. The project envisions transforming an existing, underutilized shopping center into a dynamic, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood that integrating commercial, residential, and civic spaces.
